We, Investcom Investment JSC (IVC), are a hotel, real state and golf resort investment company. Our headoffice is in 1st floor, VMT building, Duy Tan street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city. We have developed successfully the two major hotel projects in Sapa which are going to be in operation. Project: Phoenix Garden Villas and Hotel Address: 1st Hill(at the begin of Bai Chay Bridge), Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province Scale design: 26 villas, two 20 -floor- towers include a 5 stars hotel building with 200 rooms and a building with 70 apartments The area of entire project: 3,2 ha Total investment: 45-50 million USD Moreover, IVC is in progess for licensing procedures of investment projects in Phu Yen province (Tuy Hoa city). This is a mix resort project included Golf 36 holes, 5 stars hotel and resort with 700 standard rooms, 300 villas and sea travel amusement parks
