Position Function (Brief overview of the position): Marketing Supervisor is mainly in charge of the club’s corporate & leisure marketing both in Vietnam and abroad under Director of Sales and Marketing’s supervision and assignment. Marketing Supervisor reports to DOSM. Major Duties A. Marketing 1. Develop and execute MLV marketing activities, including brand development, activation and competitive research; 2. Conduct a minimum of half yearly domestic market research comprising of reviews of all golf clubs in Vietnam and makes recommendations on pricing to ensure competitiveness in the domestic and international golf markets with a minimum of half yearly market research comprising 3. Identify new emerging markets, both domestic & international ones. 4. Control and develop MLV database including Media database, Corporate, Hotel, TO/TA, Golf Association 5. Cooperate and recommend Vietnam trade shows to exhibit MLV to generate awareness resulting in sales. 6. Assist Director of S&M in making some marketing plan for the advertising and sales promotion, create and implement marketing programs to support business growth with the focus to generate increased sales. 7. Liaise with Director of S&M in make some marketing plan for Villa, Hotel, Restaurant, Golf Acedamy, Golf component. (Monthly plan, quarterly plan, yearly plan). 8. Assist in the development of and oversees plans and arrangements for promotional events and programs to encourage new golfers and increased golfer participation from Vietnam and international markets. 9. Assists in development and making presentations to prospective corporate groups and the community regarding The Montgomerie Links golf sales. 10. Search and analyze the market to update the latest market trend and product. 11. Assist Director of Sales and Marketing in controlling a budget of membership sales volume and marketing plan & budget. 12. Work together with sales & marketing team to maximize and ensure the quality of the branding marketing 13. Participate in internal meetings to discuss distribution and marketing activities, new ideas, and brings an “out of the box” approach to problem solving; 14. Review, create and coordin the production of marketing materials to support sales, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletter, social media; 15. Follow up with established contacts persistently and diligently while maintaining a positive and charismatic conduct. 16. Ensure greater engagement among offline and online community 17. Coporate with S&M team to work with admin department of IAGTO to promote MLV on IAGTO website/newsletter 18. Work closely with Local Media and Golf Magazine. 19. Coporate with S&M team to take care of FAM and liaise with DCM, GCV to bring FAM to MLV. 20. Assist membership Fee survey/annual satistaction survey/booking reciprocal and some other membership admin. B. Corporate Sales: 1. Perform related duties as assigned including assisting for corporate sales 2. Controlling corporate sales database. 3. Liaise with Banquet/event Supervisor in developing new database corporate accounts & banquet/events organization.

Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Sales & Marketing or related field with at least 1 years experience in Marketing in hospitality industry as priority. - Strong passion & Considerable knowledge of marketing, sales & business development with effective sales & marketing techniques. - Excellent organizational, time management & problem solving skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; in developing sales collateral material. - Skills in operating a personal computer & various software packages. - Being creative, initiative, extrovert, outgoing & enjoying working with people.
