Front desk receptionist required for a stylish new hostel located in the vibrant Old Quarter of Hanoi. • Responsible for guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room/bed, and issuing and activating room key. • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, debit, or credit. • Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. m • Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. • Provide tourist information and sell tours

Yêu cầu công việc

• Should have graduated from a University or Hotel Management School • Advanced or fluent in English • Be outgoing, organised and friendly • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus • You must provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. • We are looking for someone with a great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. • You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure.
