• Develop the commercial success of the F&B department by implementing full range of products to provide an appealing and tempting offer suitable to the time of year and customer demographic. • Develop with the Operations/Commercial manager the menu, and range of products to provide an appealing and tempting offer suitable to the time of year and customer demographic • Ensure that a high quality, courteous, efficient and helpful service and offer are provided to our customers by all F&B staff. • Elaborates the planning for the people required in the F&B activities, defines the recruitment profiles and participate in the recruitment process. • Elaborate annual budget for F&B department and prepare daily/weekly/monthly/yearly deviation reports taking actions to achieve the budget committed • Full responsibility for the P&L results in the F&B activities in the Park. • Manage the day-to-day operation of the F&B department by implementing and ensuring that efficient and affective operational procedures are in place. • Ensure compliance with all regulations relating to Food Hygiene and Health and Safety ensuring that all HACCP documentation and training is carried out to a high standard to ensure compliance for all catering outlets • Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships with them to ensure that the best price and service is achieved. • Analyzes customer complains, takes immediate corrective actions and elaborate action plans to increase the customer satisfaction. • Serve as Park Duty Manager when requested
