Mô tả công việc
1. Ticket daily work management
- Receive daily requests from the assigned email address and TMS. Handling booking and delivering the result
- Ensure that work will be done precisely, promptly and meet the requirement
2. Reconfirm ticket
- Reconfirm within 24h before the departure flights
- Update the information of all domestic flights to reconfirm table
3. Check feedback from Sales & Operation department regarding Clients currently on tour for following up
Check daily feedback and work with Sales & Operation team to ensure everything is going smoothly
4. Advise Sales and Operation team the best solutions to any issues arising
5. Weekly/monthly team meeting to summarize the tasks of the past week and plan for the next one.
6. Reporting to OM
7. Update new prices, promotions, information of the airlines
8. Update current working situation with partner to OM

Yêu cầu công việc
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Male candidates are preferred
- Experience: having at least 1 years’ experience at tourism sector (sales/operation/ticketing…) (obligation)
- Having experience in ticketing as well as good ability to use airlines system ( SABRE, ABACUS...)are advantages.
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking and writting). Ability to speak another language will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of airlines, airport
- Skills:
+ Good PC skills including Word, Excel, Internet
+ Management and Organization skills
- Characteristics:
Enthusiastic, dynamic, positive attitude, open-minded, honest.Willing to work with difficulties
