Mô tả công việc

What You Will Do
- Oversee the general operation of Housekeeping Department under the direction of Executive Housekeeper
- Inform the Executive Housekeeper of any problem areas that may occur down the chain of authority
- Assist in planning and coordinating all department objectives
- Operate as a team for the general satisfaction of guests and the hotel’s image
- Train staff on the required standards of Housekeeping
- Schedule the employees to ensure adequate housekeeping services.
- Maintain and upgrade the hotel interior and external landscape.

What You Are Good At
- Minimum of 3-year experience in the Hospitality, Housekeeping Management, Tourism
- Excellent command of English
- Passion for quality and strong attention to details
- Previous experience in multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Natural leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work on projects mode (self-driven, initiative, excellent administrative skills).
