• Plan exciting events for hotel • Corporate with Sales & Marketing Manager, F&B Manager to give ideas and set up promotion/ event for hotel • Develops a sales plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts • Determines the account’s needs, Hotel objectives and marketing activities of each assigned market/account. • Continuously communicates the benefits of the hotel to the customers. • Negotiates transient rates for assigned accounts. • Develops marketing intelligence: new product ideas, competition activities, new customer trends and performance. • Strives to meet measurable targets and goals as assigned. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• The incumbent is expected to possess a Diploma in Business with at least three (03) years relevant experience in a similar capacity. • Has excellent communication skills bilingual English & Vietnamese and negotiation skills, be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in the driving of business to the hotel. • Good interpersonal skills and computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel would be essential. • Be active and creative
