* Responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff. Having commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, reservations), food and beverage operations, sales & marketing, accounting, engineering and housekeeping. 

* Taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits, but also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests' needs and expectations. Business and people management are equally important elements. 

* Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. 

* To be representative of VHG at hotel project and on behalf of Managing Director of VHG to increasingly strengthen good relationship between VHG and Owner as well as hotel staffs.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Preference will be given to foreign candidates

* At least 3 years of experience in the same position at 3 or 4 star hotel.

* At least 3 years of experience in the position of Front Office Manager or Asst. Front Office Manager at 4 or 5 star hotel.

* Deeply understanding of Local culture & History and working business habit and need especially for 3-4 star hotels in Hanoi.

* Understanding Vietnamese Human Resources and the ability to manage the performance of the local staff.

* Quickly adapt to specific characteristic of each hotel project

* Able to travel and work out site Hanoi.
