 Registers and controls the activities of the staff in their daily operation.  Supervises and check up the quality and condition of the repairs  Informs his superior on goods and materials to order.  Controls the applications of all safety and hygiene policies, regulations and procedures.  Explains to his subordinates all daily operation in his superiors.  Participates in all Maintenance meetings.  Controls the appearance and the cleanliness of his subordinates.  Checks the cleanliness of his work areas, equipment in the Sanctuary Residences (floor and furniture).  Makes the new wooden products for the Sanctuary Residences, as instructed.  Handles the preventive works for the construction.  Controls renovation work for the construction.  Checks deep cleaning of the Sanctuary Residences.  Handles services requested by the other departments.  Controls all paint and mason works inside and outside of the Sanctuary Residences.  Develops training and development plans for his staff, implement and evaluate these plans.  Ensure that site safety and cleanliness is being observed by the contractor and workers on site.  With the Administration Assistant, ensure the softcopy computer database and hardcopy files of all civil and structural works documents are maintained in accordance with the requirements of the Investor’s Document Control policies and procedures.  Assist the Project Director in other matters regarding the Contractor’s general compliance under the Contract
