SALES ADMINSTRATOR IN HANOI Overall duty Support Sales Department in terms of filling, administration and report systems under the direct management and supervision of the Business Development Director Main responsibilities The sales admin will be responsible to maintain and manageall filing and report systems of the Sales Department under the direct management and guidance of the Business Development Director Prepare sales kits, collaterals and other sales trip/ travel fair related-administration of the Sales Department Upkeep supplies & replenished sales promotional materials, forms, sales kits and collaterals for the Sales Team Responsible to prepare correspondences: rates agreement/contract for Sales Department Assist in the organization, organize and participate in sales promotional efforts (e.g., customer entertainment, sales blitz, etc.) Attend extra-curricular activities and meetings, and accept any responsibilities of projects as directed by Business Development Director Record meeting minutes required by Business Development Director Implement other duties assigned by the Business Development Director

Yêu cầu công việc
BA in Tourism & Hospitality Management or other related majors; Minimum 2 years experienced in 4- 5-star hotel/resort with equivalent role or relevant travel industry reservations/sales/operations/marketing experience Good command in both English writing and speaking Very strong skills in in Microsoft Office (esp Excel and Power Point) and PMS Able to work with limited supervision Good communication and strong administration skill Management and organization skills, attention to details Persuasive skill Possess customer-handling techniques Able to co-ordinate work processes in a very systematic manner Able to react fast but calmly in the midst of any co-ordination problems Must possess a patient, pleasant personality Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
