Mô tả công việc

• Support General Manager in executing special project.

• Develop Hotel Manual/ update SOP standard.

• Provide clear leadership for quality and progress initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives, maintaining close liaison and support for the team.

• Participate in planning, coordinating and implementing food & beverage marketing events and menus into the department revenue strategy and operations.

• Manage and assist the restaurant and kitchen star on a daily basis.

• Oversee the function of all Food and Beverage facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.

• Keep aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in F&B preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant field through constant updates of the marketplace and actual visits.

• Work with other departments to supervise all aspects of stock deliveries and accurate and updated data records.

• The Hotel requires that you perform any task deemed necessary by the Management for the efficient running of the (department) operation and the Hotel in general.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business Degree or other relevant

• Good spoken and written English levels are required. Other language is a plus.

• Ability to keep cool under high pressure

• Excellent organization, time management, customer service skill

• Polite and pleasant manner

• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail
