5* International Chain Hotel with 300+ Rooms and 5 F&B Outlets in Hanoi. • Assist kitchen management in the organization and the supervision of the day to day operations in the Pastry Kitchen • Prepares and presents a broad array of cakes, pastries, desserts, cakes, petit fours • Assist in formulating, coordinating and supervising all menu planning and implementation • Ensure food standards and presentations are maintained and continuously improved

Yêu cầu công việc

• Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties outside the organization • Good problem solving and organizational skills • Able to train and motivate members of the Pastry team • Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, brand standards and local policies and procedures • Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination • Education in culinary/kitchen operations • Experienced with specialized training in pastry • Diploma or professional Certificate in Pastry & Baking • Good understanding of department budgeting and food cost calculations • Possess a good written and verbal command in English • Passionate, creative and an excellent hands on trainer Please note that this position is available for Vietnamese Nationals only
