• Develop, implement and monitor effective human resource policies and procedures, records and forms. • Develop and monitor an employee handbook containing comprehensive information related to being employed at the golf club. • Support HR Manager to implement human resource matters related to their department. • Advertise, interview and appoint staff as required. • Support HR Manager to perform regular performance appraisals. • Monitor the validity of current work permits applying for extensions, renewals or submitting new applications as required in a timely manner. • Liaise closely with the Finance department for the monthly insurance & payroll to ensure that the payment is on time. • To regularly monitor competitor’s salary levels and employee benefits presenting the information to the HR Manager. • Maintain a close working relationship with local employment officials. • Maintain comprehensive records for each employee at the golf club containing their contact details, attendance record, training received, salary and level, annual leave entitlement, and performance review. • Work with transportation supplier for the service, contract renewal or complaint • Work with Executive Chef/Canteen Chef to maintain the quality & quantity of food, safety & hygiene. • Work with Cadena & department heads for checking and maintaining the system to ensure that it can run well and effectively. • To conduct orientation, Introduction to IMG , IMG vision and values and generic training : Hygiene and Sanitary, Grooming for the new and existing staff. • Organize the monthly and yearly staff activities. • Maintain & update information through the Recruitment Fanpage • Monitor any amendments to current human resource related legislation advising the HR Manager of any amendments required to the clubs human resource practices. • To attend various human resource related meetings, and represent the club at external human resource related meetings as necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Comprehensive knowledge of local employment legislation and any other laws relating to the recruitment, employment terms and conditions, remuneration, working conditions, and performance evaluation.  Knowledge of accepted human resource best practices.  Ability to offer impartial advice to employees and Department Heads related to their work performance.  Ability to relate to individuals from different backgrounds and of different abilities in a reasonable and even handed manner.  Excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.  Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.  Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, accounting applications and database management software.  Graduate qualification.  Minimum 5 years experience in a human resource related role with 1 or those as Assistant Human Resource Manager.
