Mô tả công việc

Objective:
The Sales Executive will have a hands-on role, with the overall objectives to increase sales for KOTO Catering. Utilising a strong background in hospitality and business, the Sales Executive will effectively manage interaction with clients in order to establish mutual long lasting relationships.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Working Relations:
Internal: KOTO Catering staff
External: Corporate clients, industry partners, suppliers and other external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will:
• Effectively identify business opportunities, develop strong relationships with potential clients, key accounts in order to increase revenue.
• Work to generate revenue for the KOTO Catering and support the execution of KOTO Catering’s marketing strategy.
• Source leads within the target audience and industry sectors; follow up and maintain accounts.
• Communicate directly with customers, leads and accounts via face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails and, where applicable, via promotion campaign emailers/newsletters.
• Collaborate with operations team to promote KOTO Catering’s products and services.
• Make staffing and hiring decisions with the support of Human Resources department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of business strategies and sales action plans.
• Closely liaise with partnered agents and corporate clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Other duties as directed 

Key Performance Indicators
• Effectively maintain relationships with current B2B clients and increase the catering events revenue by 20% annually.
• Meet agreed upon annual sales targets

Qualifications / Experience:
● Tertiary Qualification – A Degree in Sales/Marketing or Hospitality Management
● Minimum 5 years experience in sales (preferably food & beverage sales) and excellent network
Well-developed technical skills in the following areas:
● Superior communication skills (written & verbal) in both Vietnamese and English
● Planning, organising and prioritising
● Customer-focused with a passion for sales
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting
● Excellent organisational & time management skills
● Computer literacy with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications
Personal attributes
● High level of motivation
● Positive attitude and disposition
● Passion for social entrepreneurship
● Social and cultural awareness (cross cultural understanding)
● Detail oriented
