Mô tả công việc

- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, or corporate policies and guidelines. - Plan or direct spa services and programs. - Train staff in the use or sale of products, programs, or activities. - Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work. - Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency. - Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement. - Establish spa budgets and financial goals. - Inventory products and order new supplies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 3 year experience at the same position in the Spa operation - Must perform well under stress and be adaptable to changing work environments - Strong decision making skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent English skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading) - Good communication at all levels - Ability to train and develop team members - Excellent organizational skills - Good computer skills (word processing, spread sheet, and presentation software)

- Sơ yếu lí lịch có xác nhận của chính quyền địa phương (Không quá 6 tháng). - Giấy khai sinh (Bản sao). - Sổ hộ khẩu (Bản công chứng). - CMND (Bản công chứng). - Bằng cấp liên quan (Bản công chứng) - Giấy khám sức khỏe (Theo thông tư 14 của BYT). - 4 ảnh 3x4 (Vui lòng mang theo 1 ảnh 3x4 để dán vào mẫu đơn xin việc của khách sạn khi đến xin việc. Chỉ yêu cầu hoàn thiện đầy đủ HS khi được nhận vào làm việc tại công ty)
