Job Purpose

• Assist the Assistant Food & Beverage Managers/ Food & Beverage Manager in the overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverage in all outlets.

• Behaves and acts in exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset

• Directs and coordinates all activities and provides assistance to the staff in the restaurant and bar assigned, to ensure all established service standards and procedures of Pullman Saigon Centre by are implemented consistently, leading to guest satisfaction, staff satisfaction and profit for the Hotel.

• Under the general guidance of the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in accordance to the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree or diploma in F&B and/or Hospitality Management

• Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience at least 3 years.

• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

• Willingness to develop team members and self

• Language skills: fluent in Vietnamese and business English
