Support to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude
Be a supporting actor in the check-in and check-out process which occurs at the Front Desk or Guest Relations
Be available to help the guests in any of their request
Other tasks assigned by supervisors or Department Head

Yêu cầu công việc

Senior in universities or colleges majoring in Hospitality
Mature and be able to take ownership of tasks given
Highly motivated, energetic, team player and creative
Fluency in English and Microsoft Office is a must
Can work full-time during 3 months
Well-organized with high attention to details
Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance aligned with Sofitel standards
