Crown Retreat Quy Nhon is currently under construction, and will initially operate 50 resort style hotel rooms with a soft opening planned for the 3rd quarter-2017. Our vision is a contemporary 4 star resort just outside Quy Nhon, offering outstanding services to our guests. An opportunity came up to join our small but outgoing pre-opening team as Talent and Development Supervisor. We need your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn and grow to shape this important part of our company’s future. You will: • Assist Management in setting up a contemporary Human Resources Environment • Be trained in motivating, managing and training a team of 100+ people • Wow your team and stakeholders, enjoy creating memorable experiences for both of them • Is familiar with basic Vietnam Labour Law and legal framework in terms of hiring, contracting and employee’s rights and regulations • Looking after parts of the hiring process, conducting screening interviews, manage job advertising, compile training schedules in conjunction with HODs, keep record, monitor discipline actions, staff events, labour law and regulations and parts of contracting • Be happy to take on extra projects, create new things, enthuse others about your ideas, and assist in the property’s setup phase

What you will need to win: Next to industry related education and work experience, we want to see an honest smile, positivity, and a can-do attitude from you. At Crown Retreat Quy Nhon we are going the extra mile for our staff and guests, and deliver wholehearted service. You are: • Fluent in Vietnamese and (close to) fluent in English – the job interview will be in English • Currently working as a HR Coordinator or Supervisor in a medium sized company with 3 years’ work experience and more • Savvy in contemporary HR operations and computing (HR software, Office applications, Customer service, Labour code) • Positive, creative, motivated, eager to learn, enthusiastic, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of respect, diplomacy, responsibility and humour • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage work, is passionate about hotels, the service industry & hospitality in general • A people person, and a great communicator keen on assisting building an attractive work environment and memorable staff experiences
