1. Follow daily operation procedures in his/her outlet.
2. Report regularly to the Restaurant Manager concerning daily operation.
3. Make sure all tasks given by his direct superior are accomplished according to the standards of quality and presentation.
6. Greet and welcome the guest warmly and efficiently.
7. Serve beverage in accordance with the procedures of his outlet.
8. Pay particular attention to the guest’s needs and anticipate their needs.
9. Handle requests of the guests effectively.
10. Inquire about all items sold in his outlet.Clean and re-set up automatically.
11. Present in all training programs provided by the F&B Management.
12. Stay well groomed as per procedures.
13. Keep, maintain and control the cleanliness and hygiene of his work area.
14. Clean, prepare and set up the restaurant, including the decoration of the tables and the menu.
15. Communicate to the supervisor concerning the daily operation and needs for supplies.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Environment: Indoor, office environment. Standard resort business hours must be maintained. Working hours: 4 hours/day and 1 weekly day off.

Additional hours necessary to provide support for special functions that require the assistance of a Guest services Manager. Professional working environment.

At least 06 months - 1 years working experiences in related position

College degree of hospitality Management

Able to work outside standard office hours

Customer service orientation

Team work and working under pressure
