- Responsible for the operations of the restaurant, to ensure successes of operational department by providing operational leadership, ensuring consistency and adherence to all restaurants and operating standards. - Manage all the restaurant staffs and make sure that their work quality is restaurant's standard - Supervise, co-ordinate and direct the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant. - To coordinate and plan annual leave and off days to ensure sufficient manning and supervision in outlets during operation hours. - Supervises day-to-day function of the restaurant: employees, facilities, sales and costs. - Report to BOD daily & weekly.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or other related fields - At least 5 year experience in management of store & restaurant operations - Excellence knowledge/ experience in food / retail business - Strong organizational and management skills, able to manage work and team member. - Knowledge of standards or food safety and sanitation audits. - Proficiency in English and computer literate.
