Scope of Responsibility: - Manage Performance and Labor Relation and other Company Culture issues - Support company growth by working closely with staff of all level to ensure efficient hiring process; effective staff relation and communication; retaining the best people in achieving company goals - Ensure all statutory/ legal requirement in regard of employment, compensation and benefit are met - Cultivate trust and credibility with peers and ensure effective working relationships at all levels of the organization - Manage the day-to-day operations including employee files/data, HRIS, HR metrics (e.g. staff turnover) and reporting, safety & security, performance review; - Update and control employee list, prepare documents for new employees. - Manage talent pool in company - Proactively participate in recruitment - Plan and execute Training course for employees. Monitoring training plan and report with other Heads of departments - Co-operate with Heads of department to enable a healthy and safe working environment - Support staff, evaluate structure, design job and forecast headcount, and analyze personnel data. - Work on tasks as required QUALIFICATION - Education: at least 4-year Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in Human Resource, Business and other related fields - Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in hotel industry, 5 years of professional experience in human resource. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Knowledge of key HRM, HRD principles, Labor Act and Workmen’s Compensation Act - Have a sound understanding of, and comply with Company Compliance requirements - Sound knowledge to local employment ordinance - Analytic, excellent leadership, self-initiative, good time management, balanced with task and people, with strong problem solving skill with complex matters - Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills - Ability to communicate effectively and work closely at all levels of staff and team members from other parts of the business - Proficiency in PC application - Proficiency in English - Well-organized and reliable with good ability to work independently with teamwork spirit - Result oriented and self-driven
