Ensure the effective and smooth operation of the reservation system. Assist his superior in ensuring that the guest satisfaction programs are implemented in accordance with the Hotels philosophy. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Processes reservations by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax, or central reservation systems referral. Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. Maintains good relation to bookers/ Agents Knows the types of rooms available as well as their location and layout. Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans. Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation. Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing. Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel. Prepares letters of confirmation. Communicates reservation information to the front desk. Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk. QUALIFICATIONS Education: College Graduate. Certification: Certification in Front Office operation (preferred but not required). Experience: Preferably in the hospitality industry.  Ability to work in a computer    based, multi-task environment. Fluently English. At least 1 year working as the same position at 4-5 star - hotel/resort Other: Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding question as problem solving. Must be familiar with all hotels procedures, regulations.

ID card or passport g. 04 portrait size 3x4 & 04 portrait size 2x3 If the items c, d and e in a foreign language, it must be translated into Vietnamese and notarized in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
