JOB DESCRIPTION • Strategy: - Contribute to building the Marketing strategy of the company with the Marketing Director. - Establish, implement and follow-up the yearly marketing plan and budget. • Management: - Recruit and organize the team of Marketing Executives in Hanoi; manage their workflow. • Marketing: - Manage Easia Travel’s market communications for Vietnam - Implement Easia Travel’s Marketing strategy in cooperation with the Marketing Director. - Perform all duties within the framework defined by the Marketing Director. - Continuously evaluate the efficiency of actions and tools, monitor the performance and analyze. - Coordinate with marketing managers in other destinations to promote the brand image of Easia Travel - Organize marketing campaigns such as newsletters / emailings - Organize the launch / promotion of Easia Travel products / destinations - Support the Sales Teams and clients with efficient sales & marketing tools

REQUIREMENTS • Competencies: - Fluency in English; additional language is a definitive advantage (French, German, Italian, …) - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing manager in Vietnam - Graduated from University with the equivalent to a Marketing major - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Knowledge about tourism industry • Attitude: - Responsiveness, curiosity, open-mindedness - Creativity, be proactive - Client oriented, service-minded - Adaptability to different cultures - High rigorousness and perfectionism
