Mô tả công việc

1. Supervises the implementation of Housekeeping standards and procedures. 2. Maintains a current and through knowledge of all Housekeeping systems. 3. Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift hand over. 4. Liaises with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements. 5. Manages all special requests made by guests. 6. Manages lost property for the hotel. 7. Ensures guests valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner. 8. Distributes and collects keys. 9. Works with superior on manpower planning and management needs. 10. Coordinates special project. 11. Responds to, and solves guest and employee complaints in a timely manner.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Two year working experience at same level in hospitality is preferred - College or Bachelor Degree is required - Communicate in English fluently - Problem solving skills - Pleasant personality - Responsible for the job , work well under pressure
