Job Description:
On the basis of analyzing the company, its competitors, and external environment, DOSM/DOS sets up the optimal marketing mix strategy and through the execution and virtuous cycle of feedback on such strategy maximizes the sales revenues and profits. In addition, through smooth communication with sales related departments, DOSM/DOS carries out problem deduction, improvement, and supporting activities in order to establish the business system which focuses on customer’s satisfaction; DOSM/DOS also carries out a variety of effective sales promotions in order to maximize the revenue of hotel.

Job Requirement:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: at least 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in hotel industry, 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing field.
- Other qualifications: preference for overseas MBA and Master degree relating to hotel business
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ongoing ability to implement the brand standards such as Lotte Hotel brand policies and procedures etc
- Being able to meet the expectations of customers and achieve company’s goals and also provide customers with Lotte Hotel’s excellent products and services.
- High level of loyalty and understanding of orders from owner and Lotte Hotel
- Understanding of hotel’s sales and profits structure
- Budgeting and execution skills, understanding of loss and profit management
- Understanding of marketing strategy and ability to establish strategy according to management environment
- Ability to manage and allocate work according to priorities
- High English proficiency and other foreign languages
- Ability to quickly spot the errors of employees in order to guide them and work together with them
- Ability to motivate employees and understanding of Lotte Hotel’s service philosophy and brand values
- Global business manner, social and personnal networks
- Ability to understand the various cutural aspects of region, society, and labor etc
-  Ability to use computer and certain standard softwares
