Mô Tả Công Việc - Setting-up and developing direct & indirect channels; - As hotel strategy, controlling all online channels to optimize hotel revenue; - Effectively managing the hotels’ website traffic, revenue generation, hotel promotion content and images display through conducting regular website audits; - Proactively exploring and developing all online opportunities to build hotel's brand; - Managing and developing online promotions for room, banquet & convention, food and beverage activities and other services of the hotel; - Setting-up, managing social media accounts and sharing sites as relevant to the hotels markets (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Flickr etc) and developing social networks; - Monitoring various media for positive and negative comments and discussions about the Hotel (Tripadvisor, Blogs, Forums). Taking part in conversations and answering comments as a mediator. Monthly reporting to appropriate parties negative comments and discussions; - Identifying threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our Hotel; - Recommending new alternatives or ideas to develop the Hotel’s online marketing strategies; - Creating direct distribution action plan throughout the year together with Revenue Manager/Director of Sales & Marketing and managing all preparations and actions and reports on results with suggestion at the end of each campaign; - Other duties assigned by direct supervisor/Director of Sales & Marketing. Yêu Cầu Công Việc - Degree/ Diploma in E-Commerce & Marketing or equivalent; - Minimum 2 years working experience in international standard hotels; - Proactively exploring all sales and marketing opportunities to drive revenue online (travel and non travel related); - Planning and implementing of E-marketing initiatives; - Knowledge of online pricing and distribution models; - Being creative and able to think "outside the box"; - Being assertive self-starter; - Being detail and result-oriented; - Being deeply familiar and passionate about web marketing concepts, practices and programs; - Being a great communicator, written and verbal; - Being able to work to deadline as a independent part of a dynamic team with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
