 Job Description:

- Promote and produce sales leads

- Make plan, search for potential customers & take care of current customers

- Responsible for analyzing statistics and implementing strategies to achieve the set goals and objectives in the marketing plan.

- To increase room revenue, room occupancy rate and to promote food and beverage sales

- To recommend the solution and strategies to further improve the sales performance.

- To create a demand for the products and services.

- To get information on sales & marketing of competitor and do market research to develop business opportunities

- To meet the satisfication of customers.

- To have good knowledge of hotel, travel & restaurant operation

- To make sales reports to Management Board

- Others will be discussed in details in the interview

 

Requirements:

- Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or Languages & International Studies would be an advantage

- At least 2-5 years experience at a relevant position. Experiences in the hospitality industry are advantage

- Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook…)

- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese

- Good skills in operator handling, fast understanding and prompt reaction to every callers and clients.

- Hardworking, enthusiastic, creative and responsible

- Strong in inter-personality and outgoing
