Mô tả: • The Security Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day shift management of the Security department and shall be responsible for the supervision of the “on-shift” Security Team and provide support to the on duty Security Shift Manager. • All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision for MGM property. • Engaging leadership that inspires Security Staff. • To monitor the performance of Security Officers on shift and to report accordingly to the Security Shift Manager. • To Supervise and deal with any incidents or disputes as required. • Assists with the strategic direction and goals of the department and proactively conveys guidelines and standards for staff. • Assigns priorities and work tasks to the Security Officers. • Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order. • Assure optimum and high levels of guest service through the delivery of excellent customer service. • Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order. • Designate and assign manpower levels for all the Security positions and functional areas. • Supervise and plan break schedules on shift for all of the duties which the officers are to carry out. • To check all written work generated on shift on a daily basis to ensure a satisfactory level and standard of reporting. • To maintain strict confidentiality in all matters pertaining to equipment, procedures and information. • Oversee safeguarding of assets transported in and around the complex • To make decisions that maintains the high standard of integrity in the Department, Management and other Departments. • Maintain a strong relationship with local law enforcement and peers at other resorts for enhanced communication and cooperation. • Compile security incident reports; maintain required records, statistics and files. • Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards. • Train, motivate and provide on-going communication to staff to deliver first-class service with professionalism while promoting a culture of accountability. • Creates an encouraging atmosphere that stimulates and motivates employees to acceptable levels of turnover, absenteeism, and promotions. • Communicates with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of security support service as provided when needed. • Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations. • Other duties as required by Security Management. Yêu Cầu Công Việc • Security certificate is required • Background in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus • Microsoft Office knowledge required • Well-groomed appearance • Good English communication skills • Leadership, problem solving and time management skills • Experience in Emergency/Crisis Management
