 Duties:
1. Review working area such as lobby, counter, back office and storage, keep them clean and tidy
2. Good gesture at work, always smile, be attentive and giving personal care to our guests
3. Be able to work on shift assigned by HOD
4. Responsibility, team work, creative, pro-active….
5. Smiling and greeting all guest approach the counter and lobby area
6. Processing check-in and check-out in the most convenience way for our guests
7. Providing information and services for our guest inside and outside the hotel
8. Communicating, receiving telephone call internal and external, set up wakeup call
9. Receiving complaints, handle if possible
10. Allocating room
11. Handle lost & found situation
12. Receive valuable items to put into the safe deposit box at front desk
13. Receive reservations on phone and walk-in guest
14. Operate the system and maintain computer
15. Currency exchange
16. Up selling skill
17. Stay connecting with another department concerned, specially HSK…
18. Attend all the necessary trainings given by hotel management  Another assigned tasks by direct manager

WORKING EXPERIENCE
-  Experience in front office/reception/night audit operations is advantageous
- Good communication in written in spoken English is required. Communication in Japanese is highly advantageous but not necessary
- Computer literate and proficient in windows applications
- Knowledge of SMILE PMS & POS is advantageous
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail in your daily work.
- Demonstrate high levels of personal presentation.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-    College Certificate level has been achieved
