Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for meeting, greeting and seating guests.
- Help to ensure the guest’s dining experience by maintaining an awareness of the guest’s needs by communicating with Section Food & Beverage Attendants, or by filling guest requests personally.
- Personal appearance is an important requirement. Grooming should be fastidious.
- Ensure a good knowledge of all food & beverage items and know how to describe them to the guest, as well as their basic ingredients and method of preparation.
- Be responsible for pre-serving of beverages by either taking the initial beverage order, or ensuring that the Section Food & Beverage staff member is on hand to take the order when the guest has been seated.
- Make a record of reservations and notes, fullfill customer profile for special requirements like allergies, preferences in food and beverages, personal info.

-Good looking Vietnamese candidate
-English is a MUST, other languages will be as a benefit
-Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
-High responsible and positive attitude.
-Knowledge of world-class customer service
-Willing to be trained and learn more about hospitality industry
-Highly self-motivated, if not, you will be
-Being a good team member
-Willing to work in international environment
-Good looking and good general appearance
-Open-minded and energetic
