 Jobs Description: - Responsible for all activities of the Front Office as well as other hotel activities relating to the operations of the hotel. - Ensure that all Front Office staffs are well groomed throughout the shift. - Ensure that check-ins and check-outs are proceeding smoothly - To ensure guest complaints immediately and initiates corrective actions. It is imperative that all complaints are handled promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and to protect the interest of the hotel. - Maintains a friendly and courteous relationship with all hotel guests. Jobs Requirement: - Performs as per OSM (Operational Standards Manual) Standards, - Proper grooming at all times - To attend all departmental training as required - Provide management with a report and recommendation for actions to avoid repetition of any incident, acci-dent, theft, complaint, etc. - Shows fullest cooperation within the team and other departments. • Have previous experience as a Duty Manager, preferably for a high quality hotel. • Possess strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers • Have a good command of the English language and well presented • A knowledge of Old Quater and the surrounding area would be beneficial (including special events and activities)

• Experiences in equivalent position in 4-5* hotels • Fluent in English with strong hospitality skills • Previous experience in handling guest complaints or challenges • Develop and establish firm and effective guest relation processes, such as rooming / contacting of guests on and after arrival VIP Guests, Repeat & Long Stay Guests and Associates.
