•Supervise the gym floor and adopt a proactive approach to assisting members with their exercise programs.
•Work different shift patterns as part of a rota, ensuring that gym facilities, fitness program appointments and reception areas are staffed at all times.
•Responsible for interviewing, measuring, and evaluating member’s physical condition prior to commencement of regular exercise.
•Deliver inductions or accreditations to met member’s demands and needs.
•Write and deliver appropriate and effective exercise programs for members.
•Monitor member’s exercise program to ensure use of specified and correct technique
•Conduct sales tours and support the sale of additional health & fitness services as required, keeping up to date with prices, services and available products.
•Facilitate membership retention programs with the overall aim of motivating members to use the club on a regular basis.
•Deliver group training sessions and fitness classes.
•Safely set up and tidy away equipment required for exercise classes or by members.
Administration & Maintenance
•Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards by checking, cleaning and maintaining all equipment and areas as per the schedules.
•Competently handle any complaints that may arise and if necessary refer to management.
•Provide first aid for accidents and emergencies that occur and follow the appropriate incident reporting procedures.
•Prepare relevant forms, obtains signatures, collect deposits, and issue membership cards to Clients.
•Submit reports to Management Team as required.
•Take stock and keep records of towels in house and those sent to the laundry.
•Work with the team to support general administration, including telephone enquiries, bookings and promotions.
•Provide support as necessary to the Health Club Manager in the day to day running of all the facilities. Kỹ năng: •High school or equivalent education required.
•Physical education.
•Strong Health & Fitness knowledge.
•Strong Hospitality understanding.
•Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
•Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Extensive knowledge of the condo/property, its services and facilities.
•One to two years in equivalent position.
