Mô tả công việc

- Manage HR Administration such as contracts, letters, and personal files.
- Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to.
- Help achieving department goals.
- Supporting the hotel with departmental training requirements including inductions, work experience, career fairs, and training materials.
- Ensure completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislation.
- Assist and resolve team member and management queries.
- Assists to investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations.
- Ensures the staff complies with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
- Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
- Assists HRD for the preparation of periodic personnel reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, and staff accident.
- Monitors the staff performance appraisal.
- Assists to analyze hotel manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.
- Assists to monitor present and future trends of local labor situation, legislation and recommends an appropriate action.
- Monitors Departmental training
- Manages on the job training and internship programs and coordinates with universities and school
- Other tasks from HRD
