JOB DESCRIPTION - Manage client folders - Elaborate program and quotation according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures - Communicating with B2B clients, meeting their demands and requirements via emails, Skype or phone - Co-operate with the operation/reservation/accounting departments to follow up and ensure everything run smoothly - Follow up customer service - Able to travel on business trip when required - Attending team meeting and training sessions - Update monthly report - Carry out other tasks assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Nationality: Vietnamese 2. University: BA or MBA in Foreigner Language, Hotel & Tourism Management or other related  majors; 3. Experience: having at least 2 years’ experience at the same position in inbound tourism sector 4. English/Spain/French/Italian/German: Speaking/Listening/Writing/Reading: SE Mice French speaking:Excellent communication skills in French or English (written and spoken) 5. Skills: Good knowledge of foreign clients’s expectations and willing to meet their demandsManagement and organization skills, detailed-oriented Good knowledge of places, itineraries in Vietnam and CambodiaKnowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software) 6. Characteristics:Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded 7. Preference: A similar experience in Vietnam.
