Take the lead of GR performance Monitor the team’s assigned job Be a helpful leader To support concerned department to communicate with the tenants to carry out all requests or apartment related issues promptly to minimize complaints To provide the tenants the best services and make them feel like home To support F&B /Banquet department to greet and welcome the guests during the events To maintain and keep in touch with tenants to get as many feedbacks as possible and solve it quickly to bring the tenants most comfortable stay at the property

Yêu cầu công việc

- University (Hospitality Management & Tourism) - Female in age: 30 – 35 - At least 3 years experience as same position - Fluent or advanced in English - Communicative in Japanese (N2) - Good computing skills - Careful styles of work, righteous, have a sense of responsibility, creativity and eagerness to learn.
