Mô tả công việc

- The Receptionist will ensure that all C/I and C/O are made in line with the standards established. She/he will then ensure that the operations handled by her/his own are fully completed and correct - The Receptionist will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the c/i and c/o process which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.

- On a broader scale the Receptionist is to beware that as the “voice of the hotel”, and at most times the first point of contact with the Hotel, you are to create an impression of efficiency, friendliness and warmth to all callers to the hotel

- The Receptionist is the first person that a guest will come to see for service or assistance. The greeting and attitude and follow up of the Receptionist will influence the overall opinion that the guest will have of the hotel. Greeting with a smile and warm, positive attitude are absolutely essential. The guest has to feel expected and welcome at any time.

- The Receptionist assists in executing all operational procedures of the Front office department, responsible to follow Hotel Rules and Regulations, maintains a friendly, neat and professional image to guests and colleagues, performs any duties related to the department and assists other departments whenever necessary. - The Receptionist is report directly to the Reception Supervisor

- Other tasks will be assigned during the interview


What You Are Good At - University Degree 
- Good command of spoken and written English - Strong computer skills  
- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details - Experience in working of 1 year in the same position is an advantage
