What You Will Do - Is responsible for the efficient provision of housekeeping and laundry services through effective direction and supervision of staff in order to reach maximum level of guest satisfaction. - Responsible for the guest’s satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel’s philosophy. To achieve a high level of guest’s satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff. - To control the department’s expenses to a minimum level. - Is accountable for planning, directing and controlling the provision of clean and efficient services, to ensure high guest satisfaction and minimize costs within the given level of standard. - Continuous departmental training is key responsibility. - Responsible to constantly review and update Job Descriptions and Standard Operation Procedures

What You Are Good At * Experience: At least 2-3 years working in senior position in Housekeepig area. * Excellent spoken & written English & Computer proficiency * Performs management functions of scheduling staff / monitoring and evaluating work performance / praises and disciplines staff as appropriate. * Coordinate department’s activities to facilitate high levels of inter-departmental communication & cooperation / guest satisfaction. * Must be familiar with all hotels procedures, regulations.
