Key Objective We are always keep on eye to prevent all of our customers and employees from happening any kind of accident or incident at any time, anywhere. Solving the problem happened already smoothly as well. In addition, we are assisting operation department to make good image of our Hotel to the all customers which will be helpful to increase our income or giving them a comfortable feeling. For keeping such a kind of objects above mentioned, I always train, supervise all my staffs and confirming the result as well as reporting to the management Key Duties - Ensure that customer safety and security is maintained to high levels at all times. - Ensure all workplace accidents are reported on the prescribed form, all accidents / near misses investigated immediately following accident. - Report any health or safety hazards and accidents to Managing Director and record on the appropriate Accident Report form immediately following accidents. - Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was intended. Report all broken or damaged departmental equipment to managing Director and record on appropriate maintenance report form. - Be fully conversant with departmental fire and evacuation procedures. - Ensure all staff are aware of procedures to follow in the event of emergency, such as fire, - holdup, earthquake, bomb. etc. line with Hotel/Company Policy and Legislation. - Train Contingency Plan for security guard - Trying to keep of all accidents in advance and taking care of solving the problem happen as Bellows + Accident of robbery + Disturbance of drunken + Prevention of fire + Keeping out merchants, beggar + Protection of Hotel Facilities + Treatment of Emergency patients + Death or burglar accident + Security or guard + Other emergency situation - Training or supervising all kind of order or regulation being ordered by management. - Keep on eye any of employee’s activity whether they are accomplished the rule of house or not. - Grasping all information in and outside. - Arranging the staffs properly where being needed the security. - Operating with detail job planning for completing successfully in terms of big event. - Reporting all kind of format for managing Annual leave, Monthly leave and allowance of overtime. - Managing or maintaining all of equipment for security department. (CCTV, wireless radio) - Keeping good relationship with police station and ward office for going on smoothly in future. - Maintaining good relationship with competition Hotel’s chief security - Management of parking income. - Management of parking area for avoiding of any accident. - Management of working for civil defense. - Reporting of attending record for all staffs. - Patrolling and supervising all security staffs who works on it. - Taking care of all matters related with security or car parking. Relation - Reports to Human Resources Manager - Supports the performance of the Human Resources Manager - Coordinates functions and activate with other Department Heads.
