- To ensure the guests are 100% satisfied.
- Receptionist performs check-in/out function for hotel guests, including being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, hotel representative, public relations agent, coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.
- Receptionist will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained on a consistent basis

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- New graduate who taken internship in related field or at least 1 year experience in Front Office
- Good inter-personality skills and outgoing, friendly
- Strong in English communication skills and ability of speaking second foreign language is an advantage
