My name is Minh Nguyen and I am from Hoa Sen University where I learn Hotel Management course. I have completed my study program for six months ago. I am writing this email to express my interest in your recruitment
In 2013, I had an internship at Equatorial Ho Chi Minh Hotel. I was receptionist at Fitness Center and Leisure. In this position, I was responsible for responding email to the guest, answering the phone to provide all services of Fitness center, giving the guest advice to help them choose a suitable spa package. After that, I worked as a waiter in small restaurant. This is a reason because I want to approach a lot of guest from different background and that is the best way to know your customer. After that, I moved to work as receptionist in front desk department of Sai Gon Hotel Corp, this company is a brand which belong to Saigontourist Brand. It is controlled by the government. Working in this position for one year, I met a lot of customer came to the world such as business traveler, tourist and it is very interesting. To enhance my ability which I had, I want to find a international working environment.
