In a 4-star hotel, the bellman helps guests when they arrive and leave. When a guest comes to the hotel, the bellman smiles, opens the car door, and carries the luggage. I will take the guest to the reception to check in. After that, I will bring the luggage to the guest’s room. On the way, I will show the guest some places like the restaurant or the gym. In the room, the bellman shows how to use things like the lights, air conditioner, or Wi-Fi.
During the stay, the bellman helps with many things. I can bring bags, call a taxi, or answer simple questions. When the guest checks out, the bellman carries the bags again and helps the guest leave easily.
A good bellman is friendly, strong, and ready to help, and makes guests feel happy and welcome at the hotel.
