I graduated with a degree in Accounting, but I realized that office work was not the right fit for me, so I transitioned into the F&B industry. I enjoy interacting with people and believe I can express my strengths well in the service industry.

One of my key strengths is maintaining a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. I believe that a genuine smile reflects professionalism and helps create a welcoming experience for customers.

I have experience working as a barista, and I have also been involved in setting up and launching a coffee shop, which gave me valuable hands-on experience in both operations and customer service.
