1. Basic Functions: Efficiently and accurately accept and process individual reservations in accordance with established standards and procedures. 2. Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensuring maximum occupancy and the highest possible room rate at all times. - Being a strong manager and be confident in liaising with the Sales team to ensure accommodation business is in line with the agreed budget and that the yield management system is used effectively. - Work closely with the Front of House Manager and will be required to provide the General Manager with accurate information where necessary. - Having excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to deal with customers efficiently and with empathy. - Having strong organizational skills and will be required to report and record information accurately, quickly and efficiently, particularly in the event of a large booking. - Working closely with Reception as well as managing a Reservations Coordinator. - Performing other duties as assigned by the management or supervisor.

1. Job Profile & Qualifications: - At least Bachelor degree in any field - At least 5 year experience in supervisory level in Reservation - Strong inter-personality and supervisory skills - Strong knowledge of hotel computer software or current Reservation system - Good knowledge of telecommunication equipment, connections, and regulation. - Proficiency in English communication. 2. Career Advancements: - Not inclusive; varies by experience and scope of previous positions - Assistant Front Office Manager/ Front Office Manager
