Mô tả công việc

Be the hotel’s “One point of contact” from the initial planning stages until the departure of the group
Manage all MICE group requests in a timely manner, paying close attention to the optimal departmental targets while having the guests’ satisfaction in mind
Establish leads through analysis of historical information, newspaper information and relevant industry documents -Maintain regular contact and network with Accor ISOs on leads and RFP

Yêu cầu công việc

Previous and proven experience in similar job scope.
Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry in Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh City.
Understanding hospitality market including customer segmentations, distribution system.
Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
Communication skills; fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written).
Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
