- Responsible for monitoring FO and driver team s‘activities on duty - General check FO 's operation - Handle guest’s requests or complaints - Handle unexpected incidents on behalf of management in professional manner - Report FOM any serious case that can not be solved immediately - Do department monthly training plan - Do weekly training in Job skills & SOPs - Follow up and have pending issues done effectively - Opened and effiective communication among departments - Solve associates ‘s conflict positively - Check and make sure all duty staff to properly follow the standard of using OPERA ‘s functions as trained ( posting , update profile ) - Building Audit at Night time ( all departments ) - Does general check of the building - Make daily report - Other tasks (Guest service and Security duty) assigned by FOM

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male only - At least 1 year experience as same position at 5 star hotel/service apartment - At least 5 years guest service/hotel experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. - Must have full knowledge of the guest service/night function - Supervisory and training skills - Fluent English speaking and writing
