1. Hostel Division: Oversee the guest welcome, from enquiry to checkout, to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Manage online booking systems including optimizing bed spaces and gauging availability. Proactively review and respond to customer feedbacks/emails. Periodically cover reception duties. Maintain and co-ordinate implementation of daily, weekly and monthly Hostel tasks including as cashing up, recycling and waste disposal etc. Periodically be ‘on call’ to cover emergency out-of-hours call outs. Manage, develop and mentor all Hostel staff and volunteers emphasizing excellent customer service and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the Hostel. Plan weekly rota to ensure sufficient cover for bookings including additional demands for group and event bookings or activity holidays and to facilitate staff leave and training. Undertake regular assessment of occupancy and sales performance and support preparation of future projections and targets for onward reporting and forward planning. Oversee ordering of supplies; manage supplier relationships, ensuring good value for money in accordance with Venture Trust’s financial procedures. Working to deliver the complete hostelling experience by ensuring 88 hostel programs are developed, implemented, and promoted to all our guests. 2. Restaurant Division: Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Plans menus by consulting with chefs; estimates food costs and profits; adjusts menus. Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation. Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (in all skills) Has at least 3 years experience of working in hospitality industry. Personal Qualities: Honest Team player. Conscientious and responsible. Positive attitude,and friendly, self-confident nature. Patience to deal calmly with continual demands of customers and staff. Assertive, yet fair management style. Ability to make quick, appropriate decisions. Alert mind with an attention to detail. Ability to cope with stress. Comfortable working a flexible schedule.
