Job Purposes: Manage personal development and technical skills training of the organization Take responsibility for working process & procedure Job Description: 1. Training: - Implement Training Needs Analysis - Design, develop training programs and development strategies - Directly organize and prepare training schedules and materials, programs as well as conduct all on – and off-site in-house training sessions - Maintain training facilities and equipment - Accomplish training needs assessment - Maintain accurate training records and databases 2. Process & Procedure: - Co-operate with departments to create working process and procedure; - Manage and control employees to ensure the working process and procedure are complied well - Directly to create HR regulations, processes and procedures 3. Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements: - Position is open for Vietnamese candidates only - Excellent spoken and written Vietnamese & English is a must - Wide knowledge in training, organizing training, Online learning - Bachelor Degree or advance, major in Human Resource Management, Labor Economics and other related fields - At least 03 years working experience in Human Resources Management, in which 02 years in the same position in a big company (company’s size: more than 100 employees and above or in a multicultural company) - Excellent presentation and organization skills - Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Power point - Be honest, open-minded, careful, detailed, smart, energetic and proactive;
