Mô tả công việc

- Receives all calls from outside the hotel and coordinates the internal calls.

- Ensure that all calls received are answered quickly and that a prompt follow up is done correctly.

- Must ensure that all tasks performed are procedurally correct, timely and of a consistently quality.

- Ensure that tourough personal presnetation, telephone manner, effective and efficent work practices and guest services standards, that guests ans callers impression of Pullman is lasting one of genuine warmth and friendliness of high standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, College Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

- Preferably Junior Staffs/ Trainee specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

- High level of English language

- Full-Time position(s) available
