Mô tả công việc

• To ensure the smooth operation of the in-house transportation as reflected in the daily transportation schedule.
• To perform according to the duly approved transportation requests.
• To follow up on transportation requests should requests for the same are not properly done.
• To report on time for any transportation requests from respective departments.
• To prepare a transportation summary reflecting the mileage usage by respective departments for submission to the Personnel & Training Manager and the Director of Finance & Administration on a weekly and monthly basis.
• To prepare a weekly attendance report for the approval of the Senior Personnel & Training Manager and the General Manager.
• To ensure the proper use and the maintenance of record of the Driver’s House Fund.
• To ensure the cars and the van are always kept clean and in good working condition at all times.
• To report directly to the General Manager or the Senior Personnel of any improper condition, damages to or problems with the cars / van.
