Mô tả công việc

Supervises, trains and monitors the performance of a team of subordinate beverage operations positions - Bartender, Assistant Bartender, Bar Server/ Waiter/ Waitress, Bar Utility
-          Manages entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shift which include decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, planning while upholding standards.
-          Manages staffing throughout shift including deciding when employees can check out for the day.
-          Provides employees with positive and negative feedback and takes appropriate action.   
-          Responsible for on-the-job day-to-day training of Sorae and SFL Bar Staff covering all aspects of beverage service and makes sure that all beverage team members perform up to the standards of service set by the company
-          Works directly with the subordinate bar personnel and would assist both bartenders and bar servers/ waiters in various bars and beverage outlets throughout the D1 outlets during peak hours
-          Monitors work assignments, side jobs and days off for assigned bar staff – works with Lounge manager to maintain set wage costs
-          Ensures that subordinate bar staff are well groomed and in proper uniform when reporting for duty
-          Implements an ongoing training program maintaining highest standards of quality, service and cleanness.
-          Double check on product before being served, complying with the food & beverage division specifications.
-          Deals with guests complains and inquiries, handles them adequately insuring 100% customer satisfaction.
-          Be on top of inventory stock, ensure pre shift preparation checklists and follows up with supervisor on staff whilst doing assigned tasks.
-          Maintains and is responsible for all beverages in D1 outlets, accountability for stock control, wastage minimization, maintaining COGS % budget as set by company.
-          Ensures that the highest quality of spirits, beer and non- alcoholic beverages are offered to guests all the time.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Report directly to Operation Manager
  • College or University graduate, preferred in Hospitality.
  • Have 2 years of working experience in the same position.
  • Fluently in English communication
  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation skills
  • Planning skill must have
  • Principles of supervision and training.
  • Catering function for small to medium size group.
  • The importance of maintaining good customer relation.
